Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut squash length wise discard seeds. place cut side down in glass dish with 1/2 c water. cover and place in micro.cook 15 min. or till tender when pierced with fork.
  2. In skillet cook sausages (remove from casing), mushrooms,onions and garlic
  3. Scrap out squash
  4. Spray baking dish(2 qt size)
  5. Spread 1/2 squash and 1/2 sausage mixture in dish
  6. Sprinkle seasoning ,1/2 tomatoe sauce and 1/2 cheese
  7. Top with remaining squash, sausage,and sauce
  8. Bake 30 minutes 350 degrees
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese bake 5 mins longer
  10. Let stand 10 minutes
