Baked Sliced Apples

Found in a local newspaper. Haven't tried it yet.
Ingredients:
6 apples, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 cup other small dried fruit
1/4 cup apple juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.
4. Transfer to baking pan and bake 45 minutes or til a golden crust forms.
5. Serve warm.
