Baked Shrimp With Tomatoes and Feta

This is an Eat Smart with Ellie Krieger Recipe. I made it last weekend and it was great. Posting here so I don't lose the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes, with juices
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely minced
1 1/4 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, plus more to taste
2/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled (about 3 oz)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Heat oil in ovenproof skillet over medium high heat.
3. Add onion and cook, stirring, until softened. (about 3 min).
4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the tomato juices thicken.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Stir in parsley, dill and shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
8. Sprinkle feta over top.
9. Bake until shrimp are cooked through and the cheese melts, about 12 minutes.
