Baked Shrimp Appetizers

Mushroom appetizers stuffed with shrimp mixture and served warm.
Ingredients:
16 large mushrooms
1 lb small shrimp, deveined and cooked
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Wash mushrooms; chop stems.
2. Set aside 16 shrimp.
3. Chop remaining shrimp.
4. Combine chopped shrimp, chopped mushrooms, crumbs, egg, milk, lemon juice, onion and salt.
5. Spoon into mushroom caps.
6. Top with whole shrimp and brush each appetizer with melted butter.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until tender.
