Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 pound(s) medium shrimp
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Put shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a large zip-top plastic bag. Turn several times to mix well. Refrigerate 4 hours.
2. Add lime juice 30 minutes before cooking.
3. Bake 8-9 minutes at 400 F in single layer on cookie sheet .
4. Stir and bake another 5-6 minutes.
