Fantastic appetizer! Do like my family does, all gather around the table and serve right out of the baking dish...just don't forget to have plenty of hot, crusty french bread to soak up all the juices!!!
Ingredients:
1lb shrimp, peeled
1 stick butter, melted
greek seasoning, to taste (i suggest cavender's)
all purpose seasoning, to taste (i suggest lawery's)
cayane pepper to taste
paprika, to taste
black pepper
bread crumbs
parmesean cheese (does not have to be fresh grated!)
Directions:
1. stir first 7 ingredients together
2. top with bread crumbs and parmesean cheese
3. bake at 350 for about 15 minutes then switch oven to broil for an additional 5 minutes
4. serve with french bread!
