Baked Sesame Chicken

Tender juicy chicken with an Asian flare.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sesame seeds
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon soy sauce
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast-cut into strips
2 tablespoons butter-melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place seeds in an ungreased baking dish. Bake 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook.
3. In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt,and pepper.
4. Add toasted seeds and mix well
5. Pour soy sauce into another bowl.
6. Dip chicken into soy sauce and then into the seed mixture.
7. Place onto a greased 9: x 13 baking pan.
8. Drizzle with melted butter.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
10. Serve with rice and stir-fry vegetables.
