Baked Sausage Taco Dip

Hot and hearty ! Can be made ahead and cooked before serving.
Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage, casings removed
1 (13 ounce) can refried beans
1 (8 ounce) jar mild salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (8 oz)
1 (4 ounce) jar sliced black olives, drained
1 cup sliced green onion
2 cups sour cream
1 (1 lb) bag tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook sausage over medium heat, breaking up the meat with the edge of a spoon, drain.
3. Spread the beans over the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish and top with sausage.
4. Pour salsa over sausage, add cheeses, sprinkle with olives and green onions.
5. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes, top with sour cream and serve with chips.
