Baked Sausage and Hazelnut-Chocolate Panini

Ingredients:
1/2 pound italian sausage
4 small ciabatta
1 (13 ounce) jar hazelnut chocolate spread
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, cook sausages until all sides are brown. Slice lengthwise.
3. Slice bread lengthwise and spread bottoms with hazelnut chocolate spread. Store the remaining chocolate hazelnut spread in a cool dry place.
4. Place sausages on hazelnut chocolate spread. Bake sandwich in oven until bread is lightly toasted.
