Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup kraft sun dried tomato salad dressing
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F Place fish fillets, skin side down, in a baking dish sprayed with a cooking spray.
2. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over fish.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
