Ingredients:
2 pound(s) salmon fillet
2 tablespoon(s) horseradish
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
2 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
2 tablespoon(s) chili sauce
1 tablespoon(s) white wine
1/8 teaspoon(s) white pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Pour over salmon, cover and refrigerate for at least 48 hours. Bake skin side down in a buttered baking dish at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
