this marinade provides alot of flavor but doesn't overpower the fish. my family really enjoys this dish. i modified from a package of salmon filets.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish. squeeze in the juice of one lemon. add salmon filets. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
