Baked Rutabaga fries

Rutagabas are a root vegetable, right? So why not make fries out of them too. Note: These will not be crispy.
Ingredients:
1 medium rutabaga
1 tablespoon mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend (regular flavor)
1 teaspoon garlic granules
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475.
2. Peel rutabaga and cut into fries as you would with potatoes.
3. Place into large bowl.
4. Coat them with the oil.
5. Add seasonings and combine.
6. Place on large baking sheet, lined with non stick foil.
7. Should be one layer.
8. Bake 30-40 minute
9. Serve hot.
