1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup chopped green onions |
1/3 cup finely chopped celery |
1/4 cup minced parsley |
1/3 cup finely chopped onions |
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper |
creole seasoning |
in a 21/2 quart casserole, mix ground meat with rice. add soups |
vegetables, and creole seasoning. cover with tight-fitting |
lid in order to retain moisture. |
bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
