Amazingly delicious and sooo easy!
Ingredients:
2 cups water (boiled)
1 cup long grain rice (uncle ben's)
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
1 onion (minced)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a greased casserole dish, add in all ingredients.
3. Cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
