Moist and delicious. This is the best rice. You can use homemade chicken broth or canned. Very easy to make. Great for company. This is from the Company's Coming cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
3 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.
2. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Fluff with fork.
