Baked Pumpkin Spice Tortilla Chips (Sunny Anderson)

Ingredients:
6 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
kosher salt
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Brush oil on one side of tortillas, stack them and cut into quarters. Arrange on a baking sheet and sprinkle pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt over the top (sprinkle from at least 12 inches above the baking sheet for even coverage of the small amount). Bake until crisp and golden, about 15 minutes.
