Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 cup carnation evaporated milk (or 1 small can)
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix the sugars with eggs, one at a time; beat after each one.
  2. Sprinkle on some salt.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bake in a 9 x13 pan, or in a smaller pan for a thicker dessert.
