Baked Pumpkin Custard

Reminds me of pumpkin pie.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Pour all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
3. Coat a shallow baking dish. Then pour the pumpkin mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Can be served either warm or room temperature, topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
