Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1/3 cup(s) flour
1 tablespoon(s) salt
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
3 tablespoon(s) butter melted
6 cup(s) milk
6 slice(s) bacon fried and crumbled
1 cup(s) sour cream
2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 bunch(es) green onions
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 425 for 1 hour. Scoop out baked potato into a bowl. Then chop up the potato peels. Add to bowl also.
2. Fry bacon and crumble. Chop green onions, grate cheese. Set aside.
3. Melt butter in large stock pot. Mix flour, salt & pepper. Add to melted butter stirring with a whisk. Gradually add milk. Once the milk mixture is warm, add the potatoes and peels. After that has warmed up, add the bacon, sour cream and cheddar cheese. After the cheese has melted, add the green onions.
