I found this recipe online a few months ago and thought that parents/daycare providers, etc. would appreciate that I post it here. From , this is referred to as The World's Smallest Baked Potato ! Let the kiddos add their favorite toppings! Ingredients:
1 small red potatoes |
chives |
sour cream |
bacon bits |
butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375° degrees.
2. Pierce potato in several spots with a fork. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until tender.
3. Split potato open; fluff and add your child's favorite baked potato toppings.
