Ingredients:
3 large baking potatoes
4 green onions
5 slices bacon (fried, crumbled)
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 c. reserved)
Directions:
1. Wash and bake potatoes.
2. Remove skin from the potato and mash.
3. Add onions, bacon, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes.
4. Top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325° for 15 minuets or until cheese melts.
