Baked Pork Chops and Spiced Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in oil.
  3. Mix brown sugar and flour in a small saucepan.
  4. Add raisins, broth and vinegar.
  5. Cook over low heat 2 minutes.
  6. Arrange apple slices on pork chops; pour sauce over pork chops and apples.
  7. Cover and bake 350° for 45 minutes or until tender.
  8. Combine all ingredients for rice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  9. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
