1. Wash and pat dry the loin chops. 2. Set aside. 3. Mix all the dry ingredients together. 4. Set aside. 5. Coat the pork loin chops with olive oil and coat with the dry mixture. 6. Bake at 350* for about 30 to 40 minutes. 7. Bake till golden brown. 8. DO NOT OVER BAKE. 9. They will be tough.
