Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips

As the name says...I usually use chicken breast instead of the whole chicken and add more spices.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 stips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley and garlic salt. In a small bowl whisk egg whites and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake 14-15 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
