Simple, quick, little recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
12 ounces salmon fillets
Directions:
1. Mix oj, soy sauce, and garlic.
2. Marinade Salmon for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Spray glass pan with Pam.
5. Add Salmon fillets and marinade to glass pan.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
7. Drizzle sauce over salmon when serving.
