This is a breakfast cake-like recipe. It's oatmeal without tasting like gruel!!! This recipe makes a lot, so sometimes I'll half it, unless I want to eat it for several days.
Ingredients:
1/2 c vegetable oil
2/3 c sugar or honey
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
3 c oats
1/2 c raisins
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Pour into a baking dish.
3. Put plastic wrap on it and refrigerate over-night.
4. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. (I like mine a little gooey in the middle)
