What a great way to eat your oats, and so delicious.
Ingredients:
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 large apple
unpeeled and grated
4 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cherries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Coat 3-quart dish or baking pan with cooking spray. I
3. n mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
4. Transfer to baking dish.
5. Sprinkle top with additional almonds.
6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
