Baked Oatmeal for breakfast, best served with fresh fruit like blueberries
Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/8 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except the brown sugar and stir well. Pour into a greased square glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm with fresh fruit.
