Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup white sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
2 eggs, omega 3
1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cup milk, 2
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
2. melt butter and mix all wet ingredients.
3. pour wet into dry ingredients. spread into 9 x13 sprayed baking dish.
4. bake 350 oven 30 minutes. cut into 12 squares.
5. can be carried for snacks or made ahead for quicker carry out breakfast. great snack after exercise.
