Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
raisins, dried cranberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, walnuts, etc
milk, cool whip, ice cream, etc
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Butter a 13×9-inch pan. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into the buttered pan and bake for 25 minutes.
3. Serve hot with optional toppings.
