Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) mostaccioli
1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
1/4 cup(s) green pepper chopped
1 clove(s) garlic minced
28 ounce(s) tomatos cut up
8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
6 ounce(s) tomato paste
4 ounce(s) mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 cup(s) water
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) dried basil crushed
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 clove(s) bay leaf
6 ounce(s) sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook mostaccioli in a large amount of boiling salted water about 14 min or just until tender, drain. Set aside. Meanwhile cook and mix all the other ingredients. Bake at 350 until warm and bubbly.
