Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
  2. Add basil and saute for another few minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add milk, salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer macaroni, sauce, cheese and tomatoes ending with cheese and tomatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
