Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts, or a combo)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish.
3. In a saucepan over med-low heat, combine remaining ingredients. Heat and stir until melted and well-blended.
4. Pour over chicken pieces.
5. Bake at 325° for about 60-75 minutes (or until done); basting chicken occasionally.
