Ingredients:
1 (1 kg) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup salad dressing or 1/3 cup yogurt
2 cups medium cheese, grated
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs.
2. Bake 350°F uncovered for 1 hour.
