Baked Ham and Egg Omelette

Easy egg dish
Ingredients:
6 oz shredded cheddar
14 eggs
2 c skim milk
8 oz ham, chopped
1/2 med onion, chopped
1/2 med red pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp basil
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. Butter 9 x 13 pan and heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spread cheese over bottom of pan
3. Beat eggs and milk until fluffy. Add ham and spices.
4. Pour over cheese slices.
5. Bake at 350, uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, until set. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
6. Optional - add other chopped vegetables, spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, chilis, etc. for a bigger flavor.
