Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 -3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 24 hours.
2. Place in casserole.
3. Bake at 350°F for 2 to 3 hours until tender.
