Make as many fruit stacks as desired, perfect for a great meal of chicken, turkey or game. :)
Ingredients:
pineapple slices
peaches halved
apricots halved
prunes
butter
dark brown sugar
dark rum
Directions:
1. Beginning with a pineapple slice, topping that with a peach half, an apricot half and a seeded whole prune.
2. Stir together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar and 2 tablespoons dark rum.
3. Spoon over fruit stacks and bake in dish at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
4. Baste with extra sauce and serve as an accompaniment to poultry or game.
5. **Sauce is sufficient for at least 8 fruit stacks.**Enjoy!
