Ingredients:
1 cup(s) chopped onion
1 can(s) drained diced tomatoes
1 pound(s) firm white fish
3 clove(s) garlic chopped
24 mussels
2 ounce(s) pancetta diced
1 pound(s) peeled shrimp
1/4 cup(s) pernod or white wine
1 cup(s) white wine
Directions:
1. Saute onion, pancetta and garlic until onion is translucent.
2. Add drained tomatoes, wine and pernod or additonal wine.
3. Simmer 5 minutes.
4. Salt and pepper fish, place in

6. and mussels. Pour tomatoe
7. mixture over - bake 30 minutes
