Baked Donuts With Flavored Icings

Who needs to fry donuts? Baking donuts are even BETTER! Not only your kitchen smells greasy,but it's even LOW-FAT! Anything healthy and much sweeter,use this recipe!
Ingredients:
41/2 cups pastry or cake flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1/2 teaspoon semolina/farina (optional)
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
vanilla icing
31/2 cups icing sugar
5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 tablespoons milk
food coloring
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Sift the baking powder and pastry/cake flour together in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs with granulated sugar until blended.
4. Beat in margarine,butter,and vanilla. Add other ingredients.
5. Once dough is formed,roll to 1/2 inch thick on floured surface.
6. Cut out 31/2-inch circles with 11/2-inch holes.
7. Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment for 9 minutes.

9. Cream vanilla and margarine until fluffy.
10. Gradually mix in sugar,cup after cup.Add in milk until smooth.
11. Use food coloring if desired.
12. For chocolate icing, add 6 tablespoons cocoa.
13. For coconut icing,add in 3/4 cup shredded coconut.
14. For strawberry icing, crush 2 strawberries and mix in frosting.
15. For honey icing, add 1/4 cup honey to the icing.
16. For apple icing, add 3/4 cup applesauce.
17. And finally,for pumpkin, add 3/4 cup pumpkin puree.
