BAKED DEVILED EGGS IN SOUR CREAM This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the White Estate in Frisco, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon butter melted
2 tablespoons ground parsley
1 tablespoon ground onion
salt and pepper
1 cup sour cream
paprika
Directions:
1. Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise then remove yolks without breaking whites and mash yolks.
2. Make a filling by blending mashed yolks, curry powder, butter, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
3. Fill whites and lay them in a greased baking dish.
4. Season sour cream with salt and paprika then pour over the eggs and bake 5 minutes in hot oven.
