This is so easy and your guests will think you are a magician! Keep them guessing, but if they ask for the recipe...please share. It's too good to keep to yourself!
Ingredients:
baked crab rangoon
1 can (6 oz) white crabmeat, drained, flaked
4 oz. cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c light mayonnaise
12 won ton wrappers
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and mayo.
2. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place 1 won ton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with crabmeat mixture.
3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through. Serve warm.
4. * I buy the won ton wrappers in the vegetable section of the grocery. They are the ones that are about 3x3 in size.
