Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chopped onion (sauteed)
1 lb crabmeat
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
4 egg whites (stiff)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Fold mixture together and put into baking dish.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with crackers and/or miniature bread slices.
