BAKED CRAB DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.
Ingredients:
1 pound lump crab meat
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 pint sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in order given saving 1/4 cup cheese for top.
2. Put in baking dish and add remaining cheese to top.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
