Baked Corned Beef And Cabbage

A new spin on my grandma's old Irish recipe.
Ingredients:
1 head cabbage
1/2 cup margarine
5 med potatoes
1 small bag carrots
2 can corned beef
1 cup of water
Directions:
1. cut cabbage and potatoes in bite size pieces.
2. toss cabbage, potatoes, and carrots together and add to casserole dish
3. add water to dish
4. dollop margarine all over on top of mix
5. cut corned beef into pieces and place on mix
6. sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
7. cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 50 minutes.
