Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cream-style corn
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoons diced green peppers
pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup grated cheese
Directions:
1. Mix together.
2. Bake in buttered casserole (8x8) at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
3. Sprinkle paprika on top.
4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
