Ingredients:
4 piece(s) boneless chicken breasts skinned
i can(s) cream of chicken
1 dash(es) sea salt
1 dash(es) mixed pepper corn
1 pinch(s) crushed garlic
1/2 bag(s) chinese noodles
2 or 3 slice(s) of fresh onion per breast
1 slice(s) butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 8 x 8 glass baking dish, add skinned chicken breasts to the baking dish. Add just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan. Add cream of chicken, pepper, salt and garlic. Place onion on top of each piece of breast. Add butter to top of onion. Cook in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hour or until breast is no longer pink on the inside. ( For alternative ways to save on the juices, spread a piece of aluminum foil on the bottom of pan before adding the chicken. Once you have all the ingredients in the pan fold the foil around the chicken to seal in moisture. ) Once the chicken is done, add a few chinese noodles to add a little different taste. Enjoy!! (you can even spice it up a bit and add bacon bits or broccoli spears)
