Baked Cauliflower

We love to eat cauliflower made this way.
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cauliflower, thawed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter and oil until onion is tender.
2. Add the cauliflower, salt, pepper, and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish.
4. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs.
5. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.
6. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
