Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim any fat, tendons, or cartilage off chicken breast
  2. Cut chicken into approx 2 inch long by 1/2 inch wide strips
  3. (shapes and sizes will vary)
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in milk and bread them in the bread crumbs
  5. Place the breaded chicken in a oven pan (greased with butter) 1/2 in. apart
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the meat has just turned white. Do not overcook chicken
  7. Meanwhile,
  8. Place butter in a pan on stove on a low heat until softened
  9. Add the 6 oz. bottle of hot sauce and Tamari and stir
  10. Allow sauce to warm while stirring often
  11. DO NOT ALLOW SAUCE TO BOIL or the cream will separate and curdle
  12. Sauce will be medium hot (spicy). You can make it more hot by adding more Crystal hot sauce or less hot by adding more butter. Add an extra tablespoon or Tamari for a richer flavor
  13. Once warmed, set aside
  14. Remove chicken from oven when done. Let cool for a couple min.
  15. Place cooked chicken on a serving tray and pour sauce in a gravy boat or a bowl with a spoon. Serve and enjoy! P.S. Add a caesar salad and make it a meal !
