These chicken thighs may remind you of the spicy chicken wings served at your local sports grill. You'll need the cool blue cheese dressing to tame the heat.
Ingredients:
cooking spray
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
12 small bone-in chicken thighs (about 2 1/4 pounds), skinned
1/4 cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons fat-free margarine, melted
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine hot sauce and next 5 ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
